Yes I knew Mook would get that. Also, I figured ATM would enjoy stuff like that.

Reducto is also one of my favorites. "DON'T TOUCH ME!! I'll SHRINK YOU!!!"

Colbert was very strong on that show.

So you guys are just going to gloss over the fact that BRM claimed to be watching HB at the "gym"

We didn't have an office Christmas party per se, but we all went out to lunch and received our bonus checks.

Now, the local bar association had its Christmas party at the Country Club on Saturday night. I was on the "planning committee," which means I just lined up the printing of the invitations. The girls took care of the rest. I got smashed on Glenlivet....good times....
I proudly took AFAM 040 at Carolina.

Holy shit. They just fired a junior scientist. Day of the Christmas party. Wow. Just. Wow.

(And it was a planned firing, not a spur of the moment reaction to some fuck-up or something.)

No way I would be able to walk around a Christmas party with my bonus check in my suit jacket.

We had our party tonight. So, here's what happened (and what I BBM'd my "work wife" because she couldn't make it):

1. One dude got carried out drunk and the CEO's driver was called to come back into the city and pick him up to drive him home
2. One chick started beating on this dude she's apparently fucking (and the dude is married with 4 kids) to the point where they both got thrown out and our security guard (who was there - so he thought - for his own enjoyment) had to broker a deal the get the chick back in the restaurant so she could get her bag and other ancillary shit
3. My boss started tonguing down the (married) woman outside of the restaurant who works in the Derivatives Collateral Management group
4. The HR manager saw it happening, grabbed the (married) woman and threw her in a cab...which pissed off my boss, that elicited the response "go back inside and shut up", from the HR manager
5. My boss went back inside and started tonguing down a (married) woman who works in a different department who tried to give me some before I got married (but after she was). At this point the HR manager decided to leave
6. I wound up leaving after a while because the last time things got this out of control I was called down to HR and deposed (really). No way I'm doing that shit again

Man when I worked for the retirement home company, we had parties like Bklyn was describing. Except we had them twice a year. Once in the Xmas and once in the Spring for the spring meeting. I miss that place dearly.

So, my boss isn't here...the first married woman isn't here...I haven't seen the second married woman yet, but she may be here...I'm going to go downstairs around lunchtime to see if the fighters are here today...or if the guy who was carried out has repaired his pride enough to walk into the office.

As long as I don't get called down to HR I will love the fallout of all of this...

yea, I guess I have to admit, we do have blowouts like that a couple of times a year, I just don't consider them company parties.

There was some serious hookups going on at our conference in Vegas.

Yeah, I didn't go to the party. So of course I will likely have to hear from at least one of the bosses about why I didn't go.

Ours were always held at Kenwood CC and many times people would sneak off, steal a golf cart and find a place on the course to fuck. Inside was a different story. Very stuffy. If you made a fool out of yourself inside or your spouse did, you could at the least expect to find your stuff boxed up when you came in the next day. If you were lucky you would have a video of such events in that box.

Are McRibs still available in the Greater SF/Muir Woods Area?
