The Ice Age is precisely why I know MMGW is pure crap. The earth's temperature went way down. Then it went way up. In both cases, man had nothing to do with it.

Since that was the case in the Ice Age (and countless other times in geological history), how can the Al Goreans be so completely sure than any minor temperature fluctuations going on recently have anything to do with man? All they have are theories. And there is so much evidence that counter those theories that their own bishops are openly discussing how to cover up the counter evidence in their e-mails.

Their party leaders tell them what to think. They are good little lemmings.

Again wtf is wrong with some school boards????

Mother says son was suspended for calling teacher ‘cute’

GASTONIA, N.C. -- A Gastonia mother says her son was suspended for calling a teacher "cute.”

Chiquita Lockett said her 9-year-old son, Emanyea, spent the last two days at home.
Lockett said the principal of Brookside Elementary called her Wednesday to say the incident was a form of “sexual harassment.”
Emanyea told Eyewitness News a substitute teacher overheard him tell another student a teacher was cute.
Then he was suspended.

This is scary:

http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2011/12 ... latestnews

According to a senior U.S. military source with intimate knowledge of the Sentinel drone, the aircraft likely "wandered" into Iranian air space after losing contact with its handlers and is presumed to be intact since it is programmed to fly level and find a place to land, rather than crashing.

Great. Our worst enemies now have some of the most advanced stealth technology on the world, at a cost of tens of billions for us, but free of charge to them. Now they will give it to the Chinese and Russians, who will reverse engineer it, learn how to defeat it, mass produce it for themselves, and use it against us.

Just great.

It's gotta be SOP for those things to self-destruct if they got out of control, right?

A decoy, maybe? How would we ever know if that were the case?

You'd think so. That thing is DESIGNED to fly over hostile territory. If it loses contact, I would sincerely hope it isn't programmed to look around for the nearest (and almost by definition, enemy) airfield and land. If that's what happened, it must have been quite an event when it touched down unannounced at Teheran's airport. Must have looked like this:
