We are employing a redzone defense this week, jags. And giving up 4 or 5 fgs gives us that many opportunities to utilize our only homerun play (the kick return).

The score may not reflect it so much as Dooley is another pupil of the Master. Probably no worse than Florida the last three games.

Then again, according to Eli during the radio broadcast against MississiPi, coach Saban has a genuine respect for Houston Nutt.

If we win this game, this would be the greatest victory in UT Football history, IMO. Imagine our jubilation combined with the fact we would hand 'bama their first loss of the season putting a major dent in the national championship run. Heck, if we won this game, we could lose the rest of the games this season and no one would notice. Truly, this would be something not forgotten for a long time to come.

To bad it isn't going to happen...

Had I not given up our bama tickets we'd already be on the road by now. Ah well. C'est le vie.

For sure I'll keep one eye on Runaway Lane tomorrow night. Rooting for ND normally goes against the grain but this is one big exception.

If we hold them bastards to where they are ahead by no more than a TD by the end of the half, Dooley deserves a 2 yr contract extension. If we hold them to within 10, he should get 1 yr.
