Charlotte Motor Speedway has unveiled new concession items in advance of Saturday night's Bank of America 500 Sprint Cup race, including healthy options in the name of Danica Patrick and the "funnel bacakonator," which, yes, combines funnel cake and bacon.

"Danica Patrick's Fit Fuel Menu" will feature items like turkey and veggie burgers, fruit and vegetables, trail mix and healthy energy bars. Never mind that Patrick will actually be racing across the country in the Izod IndyCar Series season finale on Sunday, her final race as a full-time driver in the IndyCar Series.

Across the country from the Danica menu, nutritionally speaking, there's the funnel bacakonator, which is a funnel cake covered in bacon pieces and strawberry and chocolate sauces.

I got to admit, my dick moved a little seeing that.
Sure, I've been called a xenophobe, but the truth is, I'm not. I honestly just feel that America is the best country and the other countries aren't as good. That used to be called patriotism.

ABC (video above) was actually broadcasting on board with Dan Wheldon's (#77) car right before they cut away to the overhead of the crash. You're literally seeing his last few seconds of conciousness. TV and IndyCar people probably glad for that cut away (although all it probably shows is the camera going out).

Fox and Telemundo have been granted the USA English and Spanish media rights respectively by FIFA for the 2018 and 2022 World Cups.

Rumored rights fees are $600M for Telemundo (up from $325M for Univision for 2010 and 2014) for the Spanish rights and $500M for Fox (up from $100M last year for ESPN for 2010 and 2014).
