He would have been a good spot up shooter on the Phil Jackson Bulls or Lakers, admittedly.

He was playing against plumbers and garage mechanics in his own time tho. Even more so for Wilt the Stilt.

this was his college stats and while I'm sure college players today are better athletes, I would argue they aren't better as complete teams.

Maravich led LSU never beat UK. Their strategy was to recognize that he was going to get his points, but the LSU team as a whole wouldn't score more than 65 points or so , so Rupp just made sure they clamped down on the rest of the team. Maravich was handicapped by having his father as coach and choosing LSU to be with him.

Anyway, the Celtics took PSF to a whole new level last night. Any current day player who has the nerve or audacity to refer to players from 30-40 years ago (the Jordan era) as “plumbers” needs to be punched in the mouth. Today’s NBA is nothing more than team H-O-R-S-E.

From IC. Recorded the highest Max Vert (43 inches) on the day. Also recorded a Standing Vert of 37.5 inches. 7' wingspan.

For comparison sake, Flagg's Max Vert was 35.5 inches.
