I don't have a problem with this new policy (or maybe its an old one) if, and ONLY IF, the secret service make a human wall with their bodies around the President the instant they suspect someone might shoot. All the agents should have tackled Trump BEFORE the bullets started whizzing past his ear. That did not happen. Instead, those Melissa Macarthy Secret Service agents were hiding behind the male secret service agents instead of standing there to take a bullet the way they are supposed to.

Basically, they were too late. They failed in their job. Their job is to DIE before Trump gets hit. They failed. The only reason why they wont catch the kind of hell they need to catch is because Trump is still alive and they did kill the shooter. But still, they failed their mission.

The big knock I have on executives in government is their decision NOT to live among their people. Kind of like Yasser Arafat. He was never in Gaza or the West Bank. He was everywhere else. Be filthy rich I don't care. But if you are leading your people, live among them.
