Those are the reasons why we criminalize underage sex of men with girls. The other way around, none of those things apply. That 17 year old boy, he was NO victim. Nothing was taken from him. Any one of us would have happily signed up for this at age 17 and none of us would have regretted it. As such, male chauvinist that I am, she should not only NOT be arrested by the minions of government authority, she should not be fined. In a sane world, there is no victim here BUT the husband should be able to "correct" his wife after she did this.
