Well, no. Not fake. At the end of the movie they actually show a video recording of the actual event where they rescue 54 children. They dramatize it in the movie, and at the end of the movie you see the raw footage. No, its not fake. It happened. No one disputes that other than you.

Go see the movie. A female beauty queen lures the 3rd world kids into a trap with the promise of a modelling contract. Thousands of kids got violated because of her. She deserved a bullet in the head but feminism prohibits that towards women. Go see the movie. Its vastly more entertaining than Indiana Jones or any damn Marvel movie.
