It was the plaintiff's attorney trying to trip up Gweneth on the stand, trying to get her to say that she should know better than to "ski away" if she runs into someone on the slope. The whole time she was saying that HE ran into HER. So they weren't even talking about the incident in the same frame. It was more for the jury to see if they believe Gweneth or not

Why isn't anybody whining about this Paltrow case? After all, it happened in 2016, the same year Trump paid off Stormy Daniels. Yet some people are acting like Bragg just woke up last week and decided to pursue the case. Idiots...

The Amazon River runs for thousands of miles. At some points it runs through areas of rain forest that are almost untouched and have been barely explored. Because of the porous limestone in these areas, the river water leaks in through the stone and travels deep into the earth, and forms underground pools almost a mile below the surface. Over thousands of years, small blind transparent fish have lived and evolved in these pools. These fish have never seen the sun or surface and have never been seen by the human eye.

These fish care more about Gwyneth’s testimony than I do.
