being on a keto diet , lunch is a challenge.

I do go to Five Guys and get a lettuce wrapped burger. That is a nice break from chicken

You should do a vegan keto anti-inflammation diet like I did for 8 weeks last summer. The worst was not being to cook with oil. I went from 240 at my max to about 175. Now I eat all grades of shit and haven't gained any weight. Part of that is because I'm never hungry and when I do eat, unless I"m baked and have the munchies, it doesn't take much to fill me up. But I cut out almost all soft drinks and random sweets and I'm not going back.
