Romney isn't my first choice, but I think he would still make a decent enough president. My main concern -- courts -- has been wiped out thanks to the right overrunning it with their appointees during the last two Republican administrations and obstructing many Democratic nominees in the Senate.

There has been no obstruction. There is NOTHING that the GOP Senators can do. They are outvoted and the appointments to the federal courts have been activist lunatics. I have watched the Senate hearings and listened to these insane wackos say the exact same thing to every single GOP question

25,000 "extra" votes were "found" on Nov 10 (just 24 hours after Lake had the lead), less than the difference between the vote total between Lake and Hobbs. If the judge rules that this is fraud (it may be), they may have to have a special election. I don't think that will happen but it is supposed to happen (by law.)
