That's funny, I haven't heard anything about Maye entering the transfer portal, and it's certainly not b/c no one wants him. He'd start for any team in the SEC next year (any team in the nation, actually) if he really wanted to go elsewhere. I see UVa's QB, after 4 years with the program and 2 years as a starter, has turned his back on your shitstain of a program, though (and on you, rickets). Might be heading to NCState, which would certainly be an upgrade for him. Hell, William and Mary would be an upgrade for him. He's basically saying "I'll play anywhere, just get me the fuck out of this shithole program with its shithole fans"...

More people fleeing UVa to come to Chapel Hill..

Thanks to an eleventh-hour official visit, North Carolina has added a high-three-star defensive lineman to its commitment list just before the Early Signing Period. Rodney Lora pledged to the Tar Heels on Tuesday afternoon.

UNC initially offered Lora, a 6-foot-4, 270-pounder from Woodberry Forest (Va.) School, in late March. But Lora committed to Virginia on June 24 and communication between the two faded over the summer. Lora decommitted from UVa on Sept. 24, and after compiling impressive senior season film, the Heels' interest was revived earlier this month. That led to an official visit scheduled for this past weekend.

"I think [the UNC official] definitely made a huge impact," Lora told Inside Carolina. "It was amazing. The players are funny and great, the campus is beautiful and the academics are fantastic, everything about it was great."
