Stoops hinted a few days ago that he would not play in the bowl game. He has turf toe and a shoulder injury most of the season. Its probably cost him in the draft
Couple it with an incompetent OC, the guy has had a very disappointing season at UK. It will probably make it harder for UK to land a good QB in the transfer portal.

I don't follow college football coaching too closely, but I'm guessing Deion is beneath these bigger programs in the Big 10 or SEC? I'm guessing he would be a recruiting dynamo for an Arkansas or a Missouri? The academics of a Big 10 school may be academic prohibitive, but why settle for a Colorado or Cincy?

Doesn't need the money and the spotlight isn't so bright at those places. They'd treat him like a king if he starts bringing in better recruits and posting consistent winning records. Pretty low bar. Plus he'll be able to run the show without worrying about the bigwigs interfering or having "ideas" about how to run shit. Seems like a good gig...

That might be keeping some of the big names away, plus I also think that Jackson St going undefeated in part was due to his son(s).
So there may be some questions about him winning once his bloodline graduates.
