I work with and interact with black people every day and used to have a couple working for me, I can guarantee you that they don't give a shit about what Jerry Jones or Joe Biden said or did 50+ years ago. Should go without saying that we need diversity on elections commissions regardless, but esp considering the direction we're going lately. Also we live in a country where just about anyone can be fired at any time for any reason, with zero notice.
