The Cardinals hit just 29.2 percent from the field and were stunned on Sunday afternoon at the KFC Yum Center 57-47 to Division II foe Lenoir-Rhyne in an exhibition game.

they shot 8% in the second half against a DII team

OMG, I was excited about UK this year for maybe 2 weeks.

Tonights game just sucked all the joy out of me, like spaghetti with toast for Dinner

UK is losing the NIL battle. Somehow a company called JMI owns the rights to the UK logo/uniforms and to use a Kentucky player in any uniform for an NIL deal requires the seller/contributor to pay them $125K.

So its keeping players from making serious money as a UK representative.

The AD is dragging his feet on dealing with the issue. I don't think he fully realizes they will get rid of him if he can't come up with a solution to have the school compete in NILs. We'll go from an 8 win football program back to a 3 win in 1 season.
