Re: Florida State Seminoles
Looks like Brazil might be the first large nation in the new era to experience the globalist vs nationalist total breakdown of democracy....likely coming to many countries where both sides always claim they won afterwards. Good thing we don't know of any places that have been like that for the past 20+ years or so that are close by...
Sure, I could have stayed in the past. I could have even been king. But in my own way, I am king.

Re: Florida State Seminoles
tell me how he isn't honorable other than saying he is a politician.
I'm not that cynical
I like the stinky pinky but only up to the first knuckle, I do not want a GD thumb up there--I've told her multiple times and I always catch her when she tries to pull a fast one---it's my butthole for Chrissakes I'm gonna know--so cut out the BS.

I’m sure I could easily enough if he’s a Republican. My point though is honorables got nothin to do with it. Politics is about horse trading, not hero worship.

I don't think he's a hero, I just think he is a smart guy who chose politics but could take it or leave it at any time. He leads a semi-modest life and votes his principles. Thats about all you can ask for from a politician unless you have a personal agenda
FWIW, at the moment I tend to believe AOC is honorable as well.
misguided as hell, probably not the sharpest knife in the drawer but I think her intentions are principled. That said I think if she got her way she'd ruin this country.

I seem to remember she supports the US escalation of the Russia/Ukraine conflict, same as Bernie, which means they’re both toying with WW3.

How about give us a sketch of what you think would be a desirable political framework for America, Tree? Don't worry, we all know, you included, that it's a complete pipedream that won't and can't ever happen, but in your ideal fantasy world, what would it look like?

The next step is going to be when the aggrieved parties take their competing claims to court, perhaps and probably all the way to the Supreme Court, and then the losing party still rejects the ruling of the courts. Well, Trump already did that, and continues to whine about "stolen election," but when both sides decide the courts don't have any say, it's going to get interesting...

Slightly different situation in Brazil than we had here in 2020, they still know how to act like adults when they lose (kinda)...

Recriminalizing bribery would be a good start. Maybe turn the banks into a public utility rather than continuing to let them loot the treasury for trillions and trillions of dollars. Few other things.
It can all be done easily enough if enough voters want it to.

When your core constituency is mostly nutcases, well, this is what you get. Esp. when you're semi-retarded yourself. Whoops...
‘Not good’: Elon Musk’s ‘Satanic’ outfit befuddles conservatives—who now worry they championed the anti-Christ
Conspiracy theorists and Cristian conservatives are expressing outrage at Elon Musk over the billionaire's "Satanic" Halloween costume.
The fervor began on Monday after Musk shared two photographs of the attire, a red Samurai-style suit of armor, to his nearly 113 million followers.
The costume, as noted by the Daily Mail, is listed online as the "Devil's Champion-Leather Armor" set and retails for $7,500. Musk wore the costume to model Heidi Klum's 21st annual Halloween party at New York City's Moxy Hotel.
Musk's chest plate, which features a goat's head and an inverted cross, quickly caught the attention of conspiracy theorists. Numerous social media users, who seem to believe that Musk's recent acquisition of Twitter is part of a global battle against evil, accused the billionaire of sending the wrong signal.
"Come on @elonmusk, we are fighting satanist and you choose to wear this?" they wrote.
Others appeared to suggest that Musk could be the anti-Christ, a figure in the New Testament that Christians believe will attempt to lead them astray prior to the end of the world.
