That's what I'm talking about when I say the right is completely off the rails. And what is the biggest thing eCat bitching about? Some higher up he/she in the dept of health services.

I never liked Thomas as a judge and it was a historic slap in the face to replace Thurgood Marshall with him ("Hey, black guy is retiring, let's replace him with a black guy, they're all the same!"), but the fact that his wife (and really, that means him too) was at the center of trying to make sure the election didn't get certified is highly troubling. Mainly b/c if the case or anything even peripheral to it comes up before the Supreme Court, Thomas is more than just compromised, he might be complicit. You can't have a Supreme Court justice who is extremely compromised deciding on cases that touch on why he's compromised in the first place...

Republicans don't care what you think. They complain about a problem then vote no on the fix. It's their way. They have no solutions. They just want power for their pocketbooks.
