What would be fair?

I don't own any firearms rat. I have never bought a rifle, a pistol, or even a bow in my life. I am defenseless. At the same time, I don't want to stop you from buying whatever you want. I trust you to be responsible with whatever firearm you want to buy, for whatever reason you want to buy it. I'm just curious, what kind of fair gun laws could you write to stop massacres like what happened today?

The boy needed to be institutionalized. He didn't just murder 14 small children and a teacher. He murdered his grandmother first. The boy probably came off his meds or whatever and he never should have been loose on the street. But we don't institutionalize anymore. THAT is the law we need to write.

A huge fucking problem but like I said to start, give me a day. I just saw this a few hours ago after a fun day. Don't have the energy. Crab leg time.
