There's one sheetrocked over in the attic in the house I just bought. I had a mystery switch at the top of the stairs, which when flipped made a buzzing noise. Sure enough, fan still there, and the switch is still turning on the damn motor. I removed the switch.
Sure, I could have stayed in the past. I could have even been king. But in my own way, I am king.

Definitely. You can't beat fresh, crisp air gently whooshing thru the entire house...

Anybody have any experience with Coleman popup campers? I just came into possession of a 2000 Coleman Fleetwood Cheyenne that is pretty beat up but seems to have all major parts intact or working.

I joined a PUP group on Facebook (see how I've got the lingo already?) but 90% of the posts and vids are some chick painting cabinets or talking about pillow patterns. I've spent most of today trying to fix the trailer jack so I can pop it open, only to replace it but discover the hole on the welded piece is too small for the new jack city. So I reamed it until my drill give out.

This ought to be fun. ..

"At the all-inclusive Soltara Healing Center, set amid 22 acres near the Gulf of Nicoya in Costa Rica, stays run from $2,600 to $8,900, depending on the length and room style."

This is close to where me and the MIF just got back from. She ain't taking no psychedelics under any circumstances, and I damn sure ain't paying $8900 just to trip out...

somehow I stumbled on this video about the worst parts of Philadelphia, which apparently is Kensington Ave.

watch about 3 minutes of this

So I wondered if they did this about Cincinnati and wanted to see what the worst part of Cincinnati looked like, and I have to say, Cincinnati looks pretty damn good by comparison

I've perused some of the bad parts of Philly, although admittedly it was 20 years ago. I've never been to any bombed out middle-eastern shitholes, but that's what it reminded me of...

Out of school I interviewed at a manufacturing company on Rising Sun Avenue in Philly. The parking lot had a ten foot high chain-link fence with razor wire on top. Had a better offer elsewhere.

Back then there were very few good spots downtown and around Penn. Otherwise Philly was a slum. There are larger areas of good now with urban renewal and all, but still a lot of bad.

Philly is perfect now. Plenty of upscale stuff for the older sophisticate (like myself) and also a lot of cool bars and restaurants for the urban hipster (like myself) but at the same time you can drive not to many blocks and be in an area(s) like in eCat's video, perfect for the former addict who may just want a taste every now and then without too much hassle or worry (like myself). Like I said, a perfect mixture (kinda like a speedball)...
