I got excited because that story had a link to the Eagles cheerleaders tryout photos...shit, I hope our season is better than the talent that showed up for that tryout.

the Sixers dancers photos are better...at least

did anyone see where a town in Wisconsin banned republicans from marching in the labor day parade.

The parade is organized by several unions to honor the working conditions - weekends, 8 hour days, child labor laws , etc that were brought about by unions - and since the republicans, in their eyes, are trying to break up unions they didn't allow them to march in the parade.

I'm pro union so I think its funny .

If I was a hard core republican asshat who thought Unions were the death of free enterprise, I'd be pissed.

Is the parade using any public funds or resources (outside of police presence)? Then the GOP dickheads should be allowed to march. Union labor paid my way through college (thanks Dad), but if the paperwork was submitted properly to participate in the parade then you can't discriminate. Just put them at the back of the parade, after the sweepers.

Honestly, I don't know how these things work. I know gay Irish descendants used to petition the Hibernian Society to march in the NYC St. Patrick's Day Parade and always got turned down. I don't know what came of that...so maybe, legally, you can employ discriminatory practices in a parade run and funded by private organizations/entities.

I wouldn't know - I guess parade organizers have final say about who can enter.

I'm tossing it to the resident barrister...Owlman.

Can a parade organizer utilize discriminatory practices, as far as participation, if they fund the parade privately and only use the normal police protection as a public resource?

A police officer in Santa Fe, New Mexico has been caught on security camera having sex in public with an unknown female.

The officer was in his uniform and was having sex with the female on the hood of a car in the middle of the day.

At this time no comments are being provided by State Police in the area.

The video in question was obtained two weeks ago by TV station KOB after they filed a public request with the Santa Fe Sheriff’s office and it shows the officer still wearing his utility belt while engaging in sexual intercourse at the Santa Fe Canyon Ranch.

The station also spoke with various citizens in the area who all seemed to agree that the act was an egregious violation of the officers role.

Some responses to the incident included:

“It’s an inappropriate use of time,” along with ”Inappropriate use of our tax money, I mean we pay these guys,” and ”With that kind of judgment you don’t want him carrying a weapon,” also, “I think it’s an embarrassment to the state patrol, they should be ashamed.”

Since the police officer has not been named at this time KOB who knows the officers name has chosen to keep it private at this time, although they may release the officers identity during a future broadcast.

Here’s a video news report from the incident:
If no one comes from the future to stop you from doing it, then how bad of a decision can it really be?

I'm just appalled by the fact that he's looking over his right shoulder, instead of lovingly into that nice whore's eyes. What kind of insensitive prick is he?

He should at least be on desk duty. I mean, if you shoot an unarmed Queens dude at his bachelor party 52 times, in NYC, they at least put you on administrative leave for a month or two before they give you your gun back.

Parades are generally controlled by the private group that obtained the permit. If the private group has guidelines then they can use those guidelines in accepting who can march in their parade. A UNC homecoming parade in Chapel Hill wouldn't be required to allow a NC State fraternity to participate. Like anything else, there are limits based on public policy of each state.
