Seems a little sketchy to me. I think vice might be doing a fantastic job reporting ONLY the facts that they want to report to portray the cops in the most awful light possible. Assume there is a lawsuit. It will only be then when all the facts are revealed.

Well you have to admit rat, its only when you are in an actual court of law when we get the full story because that is when the facts come out. You are not going to get those facts from media anymore. And when the "not guilty" verdicts come in and the animals take to the streets and burn down the zoo, everyone who was so convinced they knew the cop was guilty is left with a shocked pikachu face

You are not going to get those facts from media anymore. And when the "not guilty" verdicts come in and the animals take to the streets and burn down the zoo, everyone who was so convinced they knew the cop was guilty is left with a shocked pikachu face

It is far from a guarantee that the entire story will be revealed. Due to procedural and evidentiary rules and safeguards, evidence is almost always left out due to a party's inability to satisfy every applicable rule. At its core, the system is designed / intended to protect the accused / facing prosecution (possible or otherwise), ensure an orderly procession towards resolution and/or disposition in order to provide punishment after conviction and/or provide redress to those found deserving.

I -- like any other sane attorney who deals with the criminal justice system -- am not shocked in the least by that video.

I don't know about other states but we're getting to the point around here that there are open time slots for the vaccine. Someone was in Kroger Saturday and they announced on the speaker they had vaccines if anyone in the store wanted one.

The danger here is so many people are declining to take the vaccine that we may not reach herd immunity. That hunting forum I sometimes visit, about 80% of them believe Bill Gates is injecting microchips into you and the vaccine will alter your dna to make you more susceptible to man made bioweapons in the future - but what they are not saying is they are counting on everyone else besides the "smart" ones to get the vaccine so we do reach herd immunity while they don't have to take it.

I'm not about to suggest we mandate taking the vaccine, but I'm not wearing a mask 2 months from now just because there are people who refuse to take the vaccine.

At that point, we all made our choices, we have to live with them. I may grow a 3rd arm, and you may be put on a ventilator but I am tired of this pandemic bullshit.
