They are. But the defense has always been horrible. Last second loss doesn't hurt as much as an ass whooping. Plus, we all love a fat kid wins story.

This year is the education of what it has been like to be a Texas Tech fan. After 10 years of a 1-AA caliber OLine, UF has traded it for a Div II DLine and secondary. This isn't a matter of not being prepared enough or getting the right schemes in place. The personnel is lacking, both in quality and quantity which is a shame because the Offense is in position to shine, but cannot be expected to score everytime they get the ball so they can keep the score even.
