One of guys in my fraternity in college, his family owned a large tobacco farm in Fayette County. Early in the school year he would hire guys to work at the farm. $ 40 a day. Paid them in cash at the end of the day. They come back in the house filthy dirty, exhausted, looked like they'd been through a war on the losing side.

I have a few boxes of them at my house and a shitload of aa batteries. I found some led lanterns that run on aa batteries too. No one ever buys out AA batteries when a storm is about to hit. So, that's why I use those items.

One of our drivers has got himself a little honey who works at the truck stop in Kenly, he brings in bagfuls of Tshirts, sunglasses, hats and flashlights at fire sale prices. I've probably bought 15 flashlights from him, just bought 5 more that are a little bit bigger than the ones in your link, but will still fit easily in the glove compartment. My Christmas shopping is about done...

On another note, another one of the drivers just walked in wearing a Tshirt that said "Not Today, Satan"...

My FIL bought those for us last summer when we went to Calif. I still prefer the headlamp because everyone hates it when you shine it in their face while talking to them.

I have no idea what suddenly changed and caused an issue with displaying the unread/read topic icons and other images (like the "online" indicator etc) this afternoon, but it seems to have resolved itself when I updated the version of PHP site was running on from version 7.0 to 7.2. I have no idea if we somehow got flipped back to 7.0 and that caused the problem in the first place or if it was some kind of glitch caused by being on 7.0 or what? So hopefully its fixed and the change hasn't broken anything else.
