I found 17 acres in an area near Mt Olivet for $60K. Its partially cleared with several level acres

closest grocery store is a save-a-lot about 25 minutes away

sitting at my kitchen window I am watching the pedophile looking weirdo 24ish year old move out of his families home.

I can understand why he is moving out, his mother turned their house into an indoor kennel 2 years ago, big dogs in the basement, medium dogs on the first floor, small dogs upstairs where the kids live. I bet that house smells like urine , old socks and hatred.

A family bought the house next door to them and moved in 2 days ago. I just happened to be in the yard the moment they met their dog kennel owning crazy neighbors. Talk about buyers remorse.
