if the Minneapolis police is going to take a position that George Floyd wasn't healthy enough to tolerate being strangled for 9 minutes after the autopsy, they should probably rethink that strategy a bit.

Their best tactic should be the body cams showing him resisting arrest, belligerent and them unable to put him peacefully in the back of a police car requiring they restrain him until a suitable transportation vehicle arrives.

If body cams don't show that, then some popo is going to jail for a few years.

I don’t know if he needs to be sassed, but our police chief is basically Erik Estrada from CHiPs if he went on to become a police chief.
