Tubby was coach, Penny wasn’t a consideration for the job, and Wiseman wasn’t interested in playing for the Tigers at all at that time.

doesn't really matter in the eyes of the NCAA

Penny established himself as a booster of Memphis, then Memphis hired him.

I doubt Penny knew but Memphis knew the rules about that sort of thing. They should have vetted Wiseman.

I'm not going to get into the details of how or why but I had a security guard at a hospital steal money out of my wallet yesterday. I didn't realize until today when I went to pay cash for a meal. Actually I didn't even realize it then, I just mentioned to my wife that I don't remember spending $60 in a 24 hour period since I got it out of the bank.

We retraced our steps and it became obvious what happened.

I fucking hate people some times.

The NCAA sets the timeframe for a person to be considered a booster as “indefinitely”.

Last night Coby White set the Bulls record for the most three-pointers in a quarter (7). He outscored the Knicks in the fourth quarter alone. He also said a season-high in points. Roy was in attendance, said he was there to give encouragement to Coby. Bulls fans were chanting his name at the end of the game. Recruiting just keeps getting easier for UNC, now that the cloud of the false NCAA charges against us have dissipated. Thanks for the promo, Coby (and Roy there with the assist)...
