tough watching Andrew Luck make his retirement speech.

No idea about what kind of person he is but you never heard anything bad about him.

In other news, TMZ is reporting Boogie Cousins threatened to put a bullet in his wife's head. That is disappointing

DeMarcus Cousins’ ex-girlfriend, Christy West, is alleging that the Los Angeles Lakers center threatened to shoot her last week, and she claims she has the audio to prove it.

In a recorded phone call from August 23 retrieved by TMZ, Cousins allegedly asks West if he can have his seven-year-old son with him at his wedding this weekend.

“I’m gonna ask you this one more time before I take it to another level,” the voice in the audio says. “Can I have my son here, please?”

Once West says no, the individual alleged to be Cousins responds by saying, “I’m gonna make sure I put a bullet in your f–king head.”

Here is the audio:

Luck is a pussy. If was going to quit on his team he should have done it in the summer. No class.

And loved big Talking Mayfield. It's just week one but all the offseason hype about him and the Clowns being Super Bowl contenders they laid as egg. So did the Steelers but were all 0-1

LSU, continuing their reign as the most whiny and aggrieved fanbase in college football, is now whining about A/C in visiting locker rooms, in a game that A) they won, and B) a game in which their fans were spreading around the personal mobile numbers of the coaching staff and star players of the other team around the internet before the game? Shocking

Bama fans are not happy about these mid day start times in the heat of the summer

I think its going to be about 92 there on Saturday.

Saban could just give the order and it would be in the mid-70's.

I think its going to be about 92 there on Saturday.
11am is okay.

This past weekend the temp was 97 and the heat index was 109 for a 3pm kick. I think the main issue is that the SEC/Networks give deference to LSU to play at night because they whine so we decided to check that with whining of our own. LSU has had 11/12 night games in September over the last few years (It would have been more, but they cancelled a McNeese State game because of a hurricane. Bama has had 1. With 100 degree temps, it makes a difference.

156 people were treated for heat related illness this past week at Bryant-Denny. Not a huge percent out of 100,000 and some of that was exacerbated by alcohol. but whatever. Just stop giving every night slot to LSU and we will all be fine.

oh yea, I know - my daughter left shortly after the first half of her first game last year. She said she was about to pass out.

Yep.

I understand TV and not everyone can play at 7pm.

But basically they have completely laid down for LSU and the rest of the conference has to work around a nearly guaranteed LSU night game. Put Mizzou and Kentucky (and maybe Tenn) on the earlier games (due to their milder Sept weather) and make LSU rotate night slots with TAMU, Alabama, Auburn, Florida, etc.
