America wasn't thanking UK for beating Duke in 1978. Duke wasn't Duke in 1978. In fact, I'd say UK was Duke in 1978. Irregardless, you can't spell "Duke" without "UK"...

Yeah, they beat us by 1 point and we had the last shot, they beat ya'll by 34, and it really wasn't even that close. Hey, I know a loss is a loss, but let's face it, some losses are worse than others. Like way fucking worse. I think this qualifies as "way fucking worse"...

UNC's game with them only counted as a 0.7 loss. UK's loss counted as a 1.6 loss!
