I like the stinky pinky but only up to the first knuckle, I do not want a GD thumb up there--I've told her multiple times and I always catch her when she tries to pull a fast one---it's my butthole for Chrissakes I'm gonna know--so cut out the BS.

Western Kentucky and Eastern Kentucky are different worlds.
They really are. I didn't realize how different those people were until I lived in Lexington

I've seen that shit, too.
I don't think even acid would make that stuff interesting.

Re: UCLA Bruins
did any of you watch True Detective this time around?
In some ways I thought it was mailed in - I think they got so burned by Season 2 they decided Season 3 had to be more like the first one.
This time around they used a reporter following up on the case, interviewing the detective (oddly enough) who has some form of dementia.
That's what the season really hinges on - whether you believe the dementia was a brilliant writing angle or a cheap out to end the series.
I won't give anything away in case you want to binge watch it. Just don't expect a traditional ending.
I can't decide if I like the ending or not but it does end up being a great analogy for the world we live in today.

Re: UCLA Bruins
We've been watching it, it's not as good as the first season, but it has kept my interest. Halfway thru the first episode I said that there was going to be some connection with the events of the first season. They have hinted at that in most of the episodes, but not overtly. Didn't watch the finale last night thanks to the Oscars, but will probably watch it tonight...

Re: UCLA Bruins
I'd be interested to hear what you think about it
I was looking at reactions on twitter and they fell out about how I thought they would.
The more "woke" people (perhaps the first and last time I use that term) want to say it was a brilliant twist at the end, the more Die Hard is a great Xmas movie types didn't care for it.

I'll probably watch the finale tonight then discuss. I would say maybe we should make sure everybody else has watched it so that we don't ruin it for them with spoilers and such, but there's nobody else in here and anyway I don't care if I ruin it for Prof or sardis...

Re: UCLA Bruins
I haven't watched either 2 or 3. I've gotten to the point that all I really watch, aside from Practical Jokers, which my kid watches nonstop, is Rick and Morty and Bob's Burgers on adult swim. I think I've become possessed by Mook
