The fan was invented at least 25 years before. Or so includes 25 years?

1. Invented does not = commercially available.

2. Yes. "or so" includes up to whatever time it takes to make it unavailable for the rich. Again, I didn't want to look it up - it was wolfbane to keep the pedants at bay. Apparently, it fell short of that target.

it was a pretty outlandish claim on your part. No fans for the poor, no air conditioning, no soap

Puts you pretty far out there AA

AA, which of the above statements were funny? Hack and I want to make sure we are in compliance with the Ministry of Humor.

You know, prof, if Hack ever came to a quick stop, it would likely break your neck.

Thats okay. You posted, an "I "preach" where Ingram's dad serves time." I asked, "So?" and got an "it's funny! Hack thinks so,too" (or something close).

When I question what was funny about it, you and your girlfriend decided I didn't have a sense of humor.

Neither of you can explain what's funny about it and both, in unison, are now doing the "can I laugh at this?" schtick.

I've heard you say racist things before and delight at the number of blacks in "your" prison, so the Ingram's dad thing is hardly surprising. Just don't try to pass it off as humor.

I hope you don't mind if I find this whole thing hilarious.

I know you probably think I'm just saying this, but I really am getting quite a chuckle out of this whole thing. I knew some good shit was to follow as soon as I read Prof's original post. But this has surpassed all of my wildest expectations.

Dang it, I missed the origional brew ha ha.

Somebody recap it for me..

Owl, notice AA didn't say he didn't want the poor to have fans, he just didn't want the taxpayers paying for it. Big difference in saying "poor people shouldn't have fans" and saying "I only want taxpayers to pay for bare necessities".

I do NOT want the poor to have fans. You start allowing them luxuries, next thing you know, they will think they're real people.

Today it's electric fans. Tomorrow it's a used car. Next thing you know, they'll want to be allowed in our schools and have the right to vote.

AA should know how to get a good deal on said room with priceline baby!!!
Sure, I've been called a xenophobe, but the truth is, I'm not. I honestly just feel that America is the best country and the other countries aren't as good. That used to be called patriotism.
