IC is doing a ranking of the Top 100 players in Carolina history, releasing them 10 at a time every day (they just put out #'s 11-20). Granted the criteria they are using is ultimately subjective insofar as they have to decide which objective criteria to use and how to weight them, but irregardless, they are applying the same criteria to every player, so while there can be some quibbling over how exact their ranking is, I doubt they've missed anybody's ranking by more than a few spots in either direction. There aren't many programs who wouldn't have Vince Carter in their top 3 and for many of those he'd be their clear #1 player ever. On IC's list of Carolina players, he's #34...
