The Good News for Memphis - Looks like Tubby is about to be shown the door with Penny Hardaway taking over coaching
The Bad News for Memphis - Looks like Penny Hardaways first move as coach is to bring in Larry Brown
Its going to be horrible to suck at basketball AND be on probation

I like the stinky pinky but only up to the first knuckle, I do not want a GD thumb up there--I've told her multiple times and I always catch her when she tries to pull a fast one---it's my butthole for Chrissakes I'm gonna know--so cut out the BS.

Syracuse is a shadow of what it used to be as a program. What a pathetic excuse of a showing tonight. I have mad respect for Coach Boeheim, but he should resign after the game ends tonight.

Re: Ostensibly Hoops
man I hate to sound cheap, but I'm selling some land and because its raw unfinished land, I've opted to go seller financing.
Decided the best course of action since I've never done this before was to meet with a lawyer to discuss writing up a contract which is a fairly template contract that I can download off the internet. I just felt a lawyer giving me a few "you should consider this" and reading the not so pleasant details to the buyer like the foreclosure sections would be appropriate.
I'll called up this one lawyer and her secretary/admin told me that there was a $275 consultation fee, just to find out how much she would charge me to write up the contract and administer it - so on top of the $275 fee, then I'd actually pay her to what I want her to do and that's be a lawyer, print out a damn template, fill in the blanks and read a paragraph to the buyer. So I have to pay her to tell me what she is going to do, and then I'd have to pay her for doing it.
Holy hell, how do those people face themselves in the mirror.
This wasn't even a law firm with a bunch of jew names and & signs in the name, just a woman working out a ranch home in podunk, Ohio.

Just ask Cletus.

It's not like you're a real lawyer, anyway, DS. SoCar gives you a Miller Lite koozie and a coupon for 25-cents off vienna sausages with every drive-thru JD purchased.

no I don't and I wouldn't expect anyone to, but do you pay a roofing guy to come give you an estimate on a roof? do you pay a mechanic to tell you what he charges to do brakes? do you pay an accountant to give you an estimate on what it will cost to do your taxes? do you pay a doctor to find out what it will cost for an office visit?
only a fucking lawyer thinks his/her time is worth something to make eye contact.
