I like the stinky pinky but only up to the first knuckle, I do not want a GD thumb up there--I've told her multiple times and I always catch her when she tries to pull a fast one---it's my butthole for Chrissakes I'm gonna know--so cut out the BS.

Well, they broke the rules, Carolina didn't. You call it a technicality, but that's just like saying if the cops bust down somebody's door without cause or a warrant and they find some drugs, it's just a technicality if their victims get off. But rules of procedure and the Constitution aren't technicalities. You don't just get to make it up as you go, arrest whoever you want for whatever reason, and then cry "technicality" when that shit gets thrown out...

Look at it like this, eCat: UNC is the folks at Ruby Ridge, the NCAA is the government...

that is what Carolina has resorted to..the "wasn't me" defense

The FBI bravely sniper'd Randy Weaver's son, wife and dog, but at least they let Weaver live.
The NCAA will do the same for a UNC.

Crotch will appreciate this:
"It was fantastic to hear their pitch. Their pitch was basically that they don't want to grow guys. They want to get them in, get them out and continue their reputation of getting guys to the NBA."

Maybe he can break the record of the coach who currently holds the record for most players sent to the NBA...everyone knows who that is, right?

when I went up to Chicago a few weeks ago I had a chance to tool around DePaul
I don't know much about the school, but based on its location , I think I would love it.
I'd just stay in student housing and then when I graduated , move about 2 blocks away.
Its in a great location.

Sardis, if you're going to Chicago, PLEASE stay away from the South and near West sides. And not so far East that you wind up in Gary IN. Just stay on the North side and you'll be fine.

My boss used to live in that area. I'm not a lake snow kinda person but if I was, I'd want to live there

No we're city people. I can't imagine living in the suburbs. I suppose anything is possible but us living in the Chicago area and not living in the city seems extremely unlikely.

That's a nice area, near everything. Have a nice time. Eat a genuine Chicago deep dish pizza for me.

Re: Ostensibly Hoops
I always felt the same way about SF. As soon as most of the folks I knew there could afford it, they moved north. In fairness, though, the Bay area outside the city is probably much nicer than the areas outside Chicago. That's not a dig on greater Chicago, just an acknowledgement of Marin County and the areas south of SF...Cletus wrote:No we're city people. I can't imagine living in the suburbs. Re: Ostensibly Hoops
South, towards Silicon Valley, it's pretty much the same as the north shore in Chicago except much better weather and a few more hills. But, you pay many multiples more for that. Marin is nice and definitely has much more interesting geography.
