I'm shocked that you posted about this without no mention of either your lurid sexual fantasies about the girl or your even more lurid prison rape fantasies involving the guy...

Watching the NBA playoffs, it just occurred to me. Last year's NBA champions - the Cav's - had not one but TWO Russians on their team: Timofey Mozgov and Alexander Kaun. Putin must have stolen the championship from Golden State.

Good one. And can you name any of those many murdered Russian journalists or dissidents? Maybe just the one's that were poisoned? Or the guy thrown out of the high-rise and actually lived?Professor Tiger wrote:Watching the NBA playoffs, it just occurred to me. There's no way you think these Russian investigations are a sham. You're 'russian dressing' façade, while played and hackneyed to the point of embarrassment, begs the question...what did you expect? The many meetings (and the bogus denials), the connections, the GOP platform change wrt Ukraine, Mannafort and Flynn dismissals, Session's recusal. The dossier. Not revealing tax returns, never an unkind word for the murderous autocrat who meddles in democratic elections.
Seriously, dude. And to think - 9 Benghazi investigations weren't enough for you.

Re: Puterbac News Network and Political Discussion Thread
Tick, I don't know what to expect from the investigation. Right now the only established fact I've seen is Russians hacked the DNC, and they talked to Americans. That's it. And a lot of the Americans that talked to Russians had business dealings with the Russians. There is nothing scandalous about doing business with the Russians, in and of itself. If that were the case, then Bill Gates should be under investigation. And if some Americans were working with Russian companies, then it stands to reason the Americans were also talking with the Russians. In an of itself, that isn't scandalous either.
The Benghazi hearings, which you like to mention, also took awhile to get to the bottom of what really happened. But those hearings eventually proved all the conservative accusations against Hillary were true. Maybe the "Hunt for Red November" will do the same for the Dems. But as more and more time passes, and the "bombshells" are starting to resemble Rachel Maddow's tax return smoking gun episode.

So now we are going to pay for the wall and get paid back? Good lord. These first 100 days have been funny. Exactly what I figured. He'll resign. All those promises about the first 100 days and zilch.

Re: Puterbac News Network and Political Discussion Thread
Incorrect. According to the new WaPo/ABC poll,
Here is the stunner in this poll. It was so horrifying that they put it at the bottom hoping nobody would see it:There are no signs of major slippage in support among those who voted for Trump. His approval rating among those who cast ballots for him stands at 94 percent. Among Republicans, it is 84 percent. Asked of those who voted for him whether they regret doing so, 2 percent say they do, while 96 percent say supporting Trump was the right thing to do. When asked if they would vote for him again, 96 percent say they would, which is higher than the 85 percent of Hillary Clinton voters who say they would support her again.
Trump is also satisfying the substantial share of the electorate that voted for him with some reservation. Among Trump voters who say they were “somewhat enthusiastic” or less excited about supporting him, 88 percent approve of his current performance and 79 percent say he understands the problems of people like them.
Democrats have lost considerable ground on this front. The 28 percent who say the party is in touch with concerns of most Americans is down from 48 percent in 2014 and the biggest drop is among self-identified Democrats, from 83 percent saying they are in touch to just 52 percent today.
https://www.washingtonpost.com/graphics ... a293239e55
So, even after the mass outbreak of Trump Derangement Syndrome in the media and on the Left, Trump would beat Hillary worse today than he did last November. You just can't make this stuff up.The new survey finds 46 percent saying they voted for Clinton and 43 percent for Trump, similar to her two-point national vote margin. Asked how they would vote if the election were held today, 43 say they would support Trump and 40 percent say Clinton.

I'd vote to re-elect Trump. I hope he shuts down the government if the Dems wont give him funding for the border wall.Jungle Rat wrote:1361 more days to go! What a clusterfuck

Re: Puterbac News Network and Political Discussion Thread
IMHO, Trump's doing great on domestic issues, but that was never my worry with him. It's his foreign policy that always scared me. He is a simplistic hot head, and those kind of people with nuclear weapons can be a dangerous combination.
He is clearly gearing up for a war in Korea. If that happens, Seoul and parts of Japan will be devastated, causing huge civilian casualties. There had BETTER be a YUGE reason for starting a war like that. W cured me of trusting presidents and assuming that they know what they are doing when they lead us into big wars.

You're being brainwashed by the lying media with fake news. Trump has already said that they were going to spin it so that everybody would think that his first 100 days were a failure. And you bought it! Ha-ha-ha-ha-haaaaa!!Jungle Rat wrote:So now we are going to pay for the wall and get paid back? Good lord. These first 100 days have been funny. Exactly what I figured. To review: I am happy with his domestic policy successes so far. And about half the country is too.
But I am also wary about his foreign policy and the direction it is heading. Those two propositions are not mutually exclusive.

Re: Puterbac News Network and Political Discussion Thread
Trump has the lowest approval numbers in his first 100 days (40%) than any prez in recorded history. Sure he hangs onto his base - who else have they got? They wanted a non-politician who they could relate to, so they rallied behind the political imbecile...and there aren't any [many] more of those on the horizon.
- On Obamacare repeal: "Nobody knew health care was so complicated."
On China's leverage over North Korea: "After listening for 10 minutes, I realized it's not so easy.."
On the Export-Import Bank: "Actually, it's a very good thing. And it actually makes money.."
On NATO: "So they asked me...about NATO, and I said two things. 'NATO's obsolete' - not knowing much about NATO.."
On the U.S. government: "I never realized how big it was."
On European Union trade deals: "Ten times Trump asked [Merkel] if he could negotiate a trade deal with Germany. Every time she replied, 'You can't do a trade deal with Germany, only the EU,'" the official told The Times. "On the eleventh refusal, Trump finally got the message, 'Oh, we'll do a deal with Europe then."

That is different from the widely-held Rat Doctrine, that the Trump presidency is so bad that he will resign any day now, friendless.Sure he hangs onto his base - who else have they got?
It is also amazing that 96% of his voters are still with him after six months of the hysterical media sticking pins into the eyes of their Trump voodoo dolls. The Democrat message of "Trump is a Russian stooge and everyone who voted for him is a racist!" isn't persuading anybody over to their side.

Prof, I never said any day now but I don't see him making it 4 years. He'll get frustrated and take his toys and go home eventually. He's in way over his head.
