no one yet is saying that. Its simply an insight to his beliefs as he was entering into politics on how he needed to govern, his views on the country he was attempting to lead and his motivating factors in picking his cabinet, his justices and populating the legal branches of government.

I agree with BRKLN, he really did not push an African American agenda while in office. He is/was foremost a secular humanist socialist and rode that agenda as President. I feel most African Americans were upset with a lot of his social agenda he pushed while he was in office, but stayed with him because of history and the alternative.
