I don't think anything has happened to him, what he said is an understatement at best. Animal farming is just plain brutal. Maybe people don't care much about chickens or turkeys, but from everything I've read, pigs are at least as intelligent as dogs. The way they are processed makes those Humane Society commercials (where the sad, shivering, weather-beaten dog is staring at the screen) look like a vacation at the Four Seasons.
