She just wants it repealed while they have the votes. And they should do that.

Ann likes to consider that part of her column's purpose (during the Trump administration) is to make the GOP controlled House and Senate, accountable. If (in her opinion) they are not doing their job with the short window they had to do it, then she shames them.
