He's buried just a few hundred miles away from the place Bon Jovi is buried. Hmmm

I think I like this new FX show "Taboo". The premiere was decent, anyway.

Here's a promo thingy for it:

You kinda remind me of Frank Gallagher.

I didn't realize it already started, yes I definitely want to watch that. Looks like they're dumping pretty decent money into it for sets/cgi whatever.

I especially like the ones where the people are like we have a budget of $350K and so they buy a reno home for $200K and then have a budget of $150K to redo the home from the ground up

no bank gives you a reno loan and its hard for me to believe all these people are sitting around with a lump of cash like that.

Most of the ones I've bothered to pay attention to are some couple with a $250,000 budget, but the wife's "must have's" would put anything they could get in the $500,000 range and then the rest of the show is the broker gently telling them there ain't no way they're getting all that for two fiddy. I also hate the fucking terms they use in every single episode, like "open concept" and "en suite". Fucking "en suite", just say you want the shitter connected to your bedroom you fucking jackass...

Calling it "en suite" makes the resale price higher.

that is love it or list it.

The big hit now is Fixer Upper which is based solely in Waco , TX. I didn't realize there were that many people trying to move to Waco, TX before this show. They are a very likeable couple though.

The Flip or Flop couple are in chaos. Flip is fucking the nanny and Flop is fucking one of their GC's , so divorce is in the works.

The property brothers are still doing their thing.

Love it or List it, Fixer Upper and Property Brothers are all the shows that the buyers have this liquidity to renovate the homes. Every home today is open concept. I guess in a world of everyone wearing headphones that works. Sometime you just want to be able to shut a door and watch some porn.

The Alaska ones are the ones that blow me away

here is a 3/1 cabin that has a great view of the mountains. You have to bring in your own water in the winter, it has an indoor composting toilet and an outhouse, solar power for lights and you heat/cook with wood. Also, you have to clear the road yourself and the nearest store is 35 miles away with a ferry. You should keep your food in a bear pantry because of grizzlies. The price is $320,000.

The wife in Flop is smoking hot and would do many bad things to her.
Sure, I've been called a xenophobe, but the truth is, I'm not. I honestly just feel that America is the best country and the other countries aren't as good. That used to be called patriotism.
