For-Profit Activity of President Clinton (i.e., Bill Clinton, Inc.)

Independent of our fundraising and decision-making activities on behalf of
the Foundation, we have dedicated ourselves to helping the President secure
and engage in for-profit activities – including speeches, books, and advisory
service engagements. In that context, we have in effect served as agents,
lawyers, managers and implementers to secure speaking, business and
advisory service deals. In support of the President’s for-profit activity, we
also have solicited and obtained, as appropriate, in-kind services for the
President and his family – for personal travel, hospitality, vacation and the
like. Neither Justin nor I are separately compensated for these activities
(e.g., we do not receive a fee for, or percentage11 of, the more than $50
million in for-profit activity we have personally helped to secure for
President Clinton to date or the $66 million in future contracts, should he
choose to continue with those engagements).
With respect to business deals for his advisory services, Justin and I found,
developed and brought to President Clinton multiple arrangements for him
to accept or reject. Of his current 4 arrangements, we secured all of them;
and, we have helped manage and maintain all of his for-profit business
relationships. Since 2001, President Clinton’s business arrangements have
yielded more than $30 million for him personally, with $66 million to be
paid out over the next nine years should he choose to continue with the
current engagements.

Russia Gets Hacked: Payback's A Borscht - MSNews
http://www.msn.com/en-us/news/world/Rus ... d=Ui142DHP

Emails at the highest level of the Kremlin detailing Putin's micro-management of the Ukraine takeover, which Putin has denied at every turn. And then comes the comments section, where the trump backers and Russian sympathizers cry a river over these stolen emails. And warn of repercussions. "Don't poke the bear - they have a super-nuke that'll take out Texas!" lol

The over-riding concern of voters is the economy...emails don't even make the list.

Economy Rebounds, Grows 2.9 Percent in the Third Quarter - USATODAY (breaking)

The economy bounced back from a prolonged slump in the third quarer as businesses stepped up investment, exports surged and consumer spending picked up moderately.

The nation's gross domestic product, the value of all goods and services produced in the economy, increased at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 2.9%, the Commerce Department said Friday. Economists surveyed by Bloomberg had forecast a 2.6% growth.

The economy expanded at an anemic 1% average pace the previous three quarters. Business spending has been listless since late 2014 as a result of the oil sector downturn, a weak global economy and a strong dollar that drove up export prices.

I suppose now we'll hear about how the Commerce Department rigged the third quarter results.

So, they call being released "recently retired" now?

During a press conference later, O'Mara was asked if he had any advice for Zimmerman, and he answered, "Pay me."

Why haven't the liberals expressed outrage at the disrespectful Native American mascot of the Cleveland team?

This remains my favorite campaign ad of all time. Note: this is not a SNL spoof. This was real.

work for the veterans administration

which is why I'm against more obamacare

too much administrative bullshit/cost overruns and dissatisfied customers

mostly because the focus is on making administrators look good, we hire the cheapest (crappiest) providers many times, and veterans get paid not to get well

just my 2 cents

duckworth from Illinois is my hero though

theres a clip of her during a congressional hearing letting another vet absolutely castrated him for his bullshit claims. plenty of other clips out there of 100% sc vets playing golf and dancing and partying
the real heroes are always in the background saying somebody else deserves their spot and don't make a fuss like many losers that fill our hallways
the real heroes never went on sick call and only filed their claims because they were maimed for life.
they keep me coming to work every day

The VA? As a two war vet, I thank you for doing such important work. I know there a lot of good people doing their best in the most dorked up department in government.

Anybody who is in favor of federally-run health care, including Obamacare, should agree to get their own health care from the VA, and feel the love.
