I said and provided you with the data to back it up that I made 9.95 per hour as a young physician my intern year. That's what I made.

As for now, I am doing OK but am working 100 hours per week so by the hour it doesn't look as good as it does by the year

Blaming Holt? The only blame he possibly deserves is giving Trump enough rope to hang himself, but that's not Holt's fault. He was barely there, but whether intentionally or not, I thought that was great. Let the candidates make their case or dig their own graves. After a promising start, Trump chose the latter...

If you follow the transcripts of Trump after the 25 minute mark, you'd be hard pressed to find much of anything coherent, and certainly not anything concise. Mostly just a rambling mess, a word salad with a side of sniffles and other irritating noises. I think he wishes he had a malfunctioning mic...the one he had certainly picked up everything he laid down.

14+ hours a day, 7 days a week?

Yes, usually from 7 or so in the morning til midnight through the week (but two or three times per week I take 1-2 hours out of that and help coach my sons pee wee football team so instead of being 17 hour days its 15 hours not counting the calls during practice etc). I operate all day on Monday, Tuesday til 2 clinic after, Wed til 1 clinic after, Thursday til 2 clinic after then Friday morning before 0900 clinic and then after around noon I go back to the OR for anything that came up through the week unexpected. (The other days clinic is over at 430 officially but usually 530 or 6 and it takes until midnight or so to jump through the hoops with all the notes etc) then Sat and Sunday are for catching up on what I didn't get done through the week so after my sons football game I do notes the rest of the day into the night. Same thing for Sunday after church til I go to bed Sunday night. That's just a regular week with no call. On call usually adds to it and I end up having to start at 4 or 5 am.

Even worse, I have actually gained weight and am approaching a beached whale now.

However I have lost over 20 pounds the last couple of months, I have started trying to lose again but still over 300 pounds and I am only 6'2 so wale it is. I would like to get back to 120 to 140
