I was always a fan of Peanut Butter Crunch from the Captain.

However, Reese Puff cereal is where it is at.

Either of those are only marginally better than the so-called sugary list you mentioned. Both are loaded with added sugar and salt, but maybe not quite as much as Capt. Crunch (etc). Cereal in general is really a very poor food choice...
