I was watching the game at an after-party following an event some family held to thank everyone for supporting the wife in her fight with breast cancer (they had free Glenlivet...who was I to complain?), and I went outside to smoke a cigar thinking the game was over. Then, I come back to watch UT score the tying TD. After that, South Carolina had the dumpster fire offensive possession of the season in OT. To top it off, one of the guys standing beside me was a Clemson fan. Fuck football.

I doubt the game is played in Cola this weekend. The place is a fucking disaster. My sister has power and running water (albeit low pressure and on a boil advisory), but I have friends who aren't so lucky.

There should be a decision about the location of the game by tomorrow afternoon.

LSU says all proceeds from the game (after costs) will go to Carolina. Don't know how much that amounts to nor how it compares to what the home game would have netted, but still a nice gesture.

heh, that just means some LSU accountants will determine what the 'proceeds' from the game were.... how about a check for $11.32 sent back to Columbia after we cover the 'operating costs'?
