In America, 80% of Americans get their high speed internet thru their cable company.

So basically you're either going to have pay more for better Internet service in terms of taxes if there is regulation or in terms of higher fees if there is no regulation. Isn't that how pretty much everything else works in this great country of ours? Big gov't and big business takes turns fucking everyone (except those aligned with either dark force)

if google had started establishing high speed internet across the country to compete with the cable companies a few years earlier, net neutrality would probably be a non issue

Yeah, the sad part is that the anxiety is given full credence EVERY. FUCKING. TIME it is said. It's tiring. So, we have Bibi come in and give a war speech to Congress while they stand and clap over everything he says. Tip O'Neill and Dennis Hastert are rolling over in their graves.

It was all about politics, of course. Netanyahu wanted to bolster his importance to the Israelis before they go to the polls. He had no problem ignoring Obama since Obama sent political forces helping his opponent's campaign. Boehner looks stronger standing up to the President with the invite. Same day he caves on amnesty an no one talks about it because everyone was geeked up about Netanyahu. You have to say that Boehner and Netanyahu one upped, politically, Obama on this one. If the administration wouldn't have made a big deal about it, no one would have cared or watched it; and their response to the speech was amateur and made them look petty.
