To me, the most telling point is...

I read this story last night and 4 thoughts came to my mind:

1) If she had CIA ties, they'd have shut down the hearing on the basis of National Security. I don't know much about trained assassins, but I suspect the government doesn't want everyone to know their names and faces . . .

2) The conventional wisdom is that people in that field don't tell anyone their occupations - not even the people they're married to.

3) If she's a pissed off woman who's trained to kill, why is he still alive? She should've been able to make him disappear without a trace and then played the grieving woman role . . .
4) It would be clever for the CIA to let those allegations hang out there and have everyone laugh them off while she hides in plain sight.

With regard to #3, you would think a trained assassin would be able to pull of the murder of a NASCAR driver without too much effort. Loosen a brake cable, put a pin hole in the gas tank, that sort of thing...

Speaking of assassins, has anybody seen the McGyver spoof movie "McGruber"? I highly recommend it...

This is tough to even write about, let alone imagine actually happening, but here goes… a woman in China chopped off her cheating husband’s penis as he slept.
