Because JD, Asian people are (on average) born smarter than white people, black people, hispanic people, and middle-eastern people.

Asian people value certain forms of education much more than white people, black people, hispanic people, and middle-eastern people. There may very well be an "Asian Studies" but you wont find many asian people studying it. They are all in STEM. They are thinking about jobs, not victimhood.

That is off on so many levels. There are 4 billion Asians on the planet, a huge protion of which are living in abject poverty and lacking education.

If you cut out the browner skinned south Asians and just look at the far east and south east (China/Japan/Taiwan/Koreas/Thailand/Philippines/Cambodia/Vietnam) you're looking at over 2 billion - same conditions apply.

If you concentrate on "Asian-Americans" from far east/SE Asia, your theory looks better, except you ignore a couple things:

*Asian-American women have the HIGHEST rate of abortion (particularly "lifestyle" abortions, e.g. "I just got accepted to Harvard Med and a baby would be inconvenient now"), recently surpassing blacks (estimates have it much higher when you factor in the number of Asian Americans who go back to Asia to have their abortions because they are 100% legal and cheap in China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, S. Korea and largely unregulated in Japan). Everyone does better the later they have their first kid. If Tawanna and Blanca have kids at 17 and Mei-Ling has an abortion at 16, Mei-Ling will do better in life on the whole.
*Asian-Americans are estimated to have a very high domestic violence rate - though the lowest reporting rate because of community taboos
*Asian-American family structures re under assault because of "model minority rage" and the increasing percentage of Asian-American women who refuse to date Asian men (no, it's not the small penis thing, it's the hyper-competitive/control-every-aspect-of-every-member-of-the-house's-life/unbelievable-stress-to-achieve thing)

The Asian male rage thing is actually frightening. Basically he theory goes that a huge number of Asian girls in America don't date Asian men - particularly among the college educated, who seem to prefer white men - and there isn't a great deal of interracial dating of Asian men and white/black/hispanic women, so there is a dangerously large population of horny, frustrated Asian dudes who are on the edge of shooting up college campuses and med schools because they cannot find any women to screw.

*Asian American divorce rates are also skyrocketing. One reason they have been traditionally low is that many immigrants come from countries where women didn't have the legal right to sue fr divorce, so countries like Taiwan and Japan had divorce rates of 1%-2% for decades. As women are being empowered in those countries, the divorce rates are climbing.

I was just talking about asian-americans (like african-americans, hispanic-americans, middle-eastern-americans, and white-non-hispanic-americans) as they are the only ones who can legally work these professional jobs in the USA without the old H1B Visa.

In times past, the solution to that problem was to go to war.
