was at the gym tonight. Wife and I finish up the cardio thing and are going to the back for the machines, dude has a heart attack and falls off an elliptical machine right in front of us.

We stare at each for a moment and people start running around crazy. Wife starts to do CPR and nurse runs over and starts in. Wife runs up to front desk to call 911. They have a diffibulator or however you say it that gives you directions and it gets him breathing but he stops breathing twice with the EMTs.

I thought it was kind of macabre to stand around and watch so we left. fucked up my night.

I was out front flagging down the EMT's but my wife was telling me afterwards that the thing had instructions and a voice command to tell you when to perform CPR, then it would tell you stop, stand back, administer the shock and then tell you to resume CPR. I know it did it at least twice.

I don't know if he made it or not but if he's alive, he's damn lucky people reacted so quickly. The EMT's were there in under 10 minutes from the moment it happened.

St. Louis- On Tuesday, while tensions continued to simmer in Ferguson, just a few miles away 25-year-old Kajieme Powell was gunned down by St. Louis cops.

Officers claimed that they were in fear of their lives as Powell charged at them with a knife. They claim he had the knife in an “overhand grip” and came within three feet of the officers, at which time they opened fire, killing Powell.

The incident stemmed from a call by a Six Star Market owner after Powell allegedly stole two energy drinks, according to KSDK.
