I'd like to see that one, too. Also, Jake Gyllenhaul(sp?)'s new movie, "Enemy" might be interesting.

I thought the biggest surprise to the end of TD was that is was a happy ending. I was a little put off at first but considering how many different ways they could have fucked up if they tried for some huge twist or supernatural effect, it was probably good that they went with the safe, albeit a little clean, ending.

Trying to get to the core of the satanic cult of powerful men would have meant a lot more strings to untie and ultimately, TD got it done with what it had. And, Marty's statement that the the world ain't like that and we got our guy was the truth.

So I could live it, except that I was disappointed that there was no more Alexandria Daddario...

What I took from it was all Cletus needs is a near death hallucination to make him become Joel Osteen.

so we go camping down by the Ohio river this weekend and we're on the road going toward the campsite that follows the river. We notice all these 1940/50's era cars on the road driving around and we come up on what we think is a crash. except there is all these other vehicles around - big panel box trucks and police, etc. Turns out Cate Blanchett? is there shooting a movie. I didn't see her but she was supposed to be there in that mass somewhere. It was just funny to me because we were out in the middle of nowhere and come up on this.

I was up to about 2am this morning watching The Great Gatsby.

I will pretty much watch anything DiCaprio is in now.

Spelled differently, but I do like it when I call our customers named John, b/c when they answer, I'm like "John? McLean...", then I snicker to myself in much the same way as the head of the caddies did in Caddyshack when Judge Smales won the tee off and he said "It's your honor, your Honor"...

He got nekkid up against the 3 hottest chicks on the show (except the one that played his slutty teenaged daughter). Nice work by Woody.

Query: In the beginning of the movie I Am Legend didn't they blow up all exits out of Manhattan?

Yeah, which is not the problematic bridge...necessarily. You would first take out the Holland and Lincoln tunnels, then the GW, TriBoro, Whitehall, 135th and the WIllis Ave Bridges (probably a few more that I never cross).

Either way, you could make it into Manhattan on the short side of the Harlem River without too much trouble if you want to get creative, but you can't just drive your car up to Will Smith's house after you come from out of town like the Brazilian chick did. So, I see where you're going with that (unless they explained how she got there in the movie...it's been years since I've watched it).

Nope, never explained it. She could have gotten a car after she got there. Fine. But then she drove the same car to upstate New York.
