in two minutes he just made himself a storyline for the superbowl and probably added 2 million viewers.
I like the stinky pinky but only up to the first knuckle, I do not want a GD thumb up there--I've told her multiple times and I always catch her when she tries to pull a fast one---it's my butthole for Chrissakes I'm gonna know--so cut out the BS.

I was rooting for the Niners so I didn't care to listen to his or Pete Carroll's (does anyone else think he looks like Woody from Toy Story?) or Russell Wilson's post game seconds after it was over. But I appreciate Sherman's Ric Flair-like style of talking directly to the camera (plus, it made Erin Andrews think he was talking to her and she kind of ruined the melodrama of the moment a little bit.

Lost in all that was the emergence of Russell Wilson as maybe the next great star QB in the NFL. That 4th down throw he made was immaculate.

Damn, both guns fired. That is nice.

Sherman went up on the respect list with that WWF style rant but if the Seahawks blitz Manning with 2 weeks to prepare for it, it won't even be close. He will pick them apart and Beast mode will be a non-factor.

However I hope it is a good game with Manning coming out on top AND retiring right after.
Sure, I've been called a xenophobe, but the truth is, I'm not. I honestly just feel that America is the best country and the other countries aren't as good. That used to be called patriotism.

I would still take Kapernick (sp?) over Wilson if I was starting a team today...

Russell Wilson sucks. He's too short to play.
Sure, I could have stayed in the past. I could have even been king. But in my own way, I am king.

I know you are being facetious, Wilson doesn't suck (he's already very good and potentially a future great), but I think Kapernick is better...

I'd take Kaepernick over Wilson as well...

Kap has more physical tools but DangeRuss is probably the smartest QB in the league. It's that intangible that will always keep him in the conversation.

Maybe in overall IQ but football IQ it has to be Manning. The guy is basically coaching the team while he is out there.

his on the field coaching has single handedly made Omaha, Nebraska the preferred destination of every Bronco fan

Oh yeah, I elevated him too high, too fast. What I used to say is he was the smartest out of all the young QB stars (Kap, Russ, Luck, RGIII...Dalton...hahahahaha). I'll adjust all future comments back to their original dataset.

that would lead to one less space for TV ads per touchdown....... not going to happen

Two FGs are equal to one TD? Not fair and not sensical.

I figure it makes more sense to just award 7 for the TD

I just don't understand the need to remove it, unless they want to shorten the game time. It's almost automatic, but it's not automatic.

Just went back and read the link. Got it. It makes more sense.

I'm fine with it, although it would piss of the dude in my office who had Denver's kicker on his Fantasy squad.
