I wish I could post a screenshot but I still to this day am on the voter records as a registered Republican in Ohio. Probably was back in 86 I don't remember. Didn't give 2 shits about politics but that's how it was done back then. Turn 18. Register. Draft too I believe. I'm guessing my dad was. I'm not sure. He never talked politics and if I asked who he voted for he'd give me the, "Ask me 1 more time" look. Kinda like, "Dad, how much do you make?" Those were personal to him. But yeah, I'm still a Republican.

I am against "no-fault" divorce. That is when a divorce is granted with no grounds. Feminism demanded that state law be created to keep unhappily married women from committing suicide.

We now have "grounds" for divorce. We have grounds for breaking up this country. This is not a "no-fault" situation. There is fault. I think some states need to go over there, the others over there. Split it up. No alimony. No child support. No nothing. Just an equal division of the debt.

People so opposed to each other living together like this, January 6th is going to seem like nothing in the near future.

You have said that before. That statement is as true now as it has been, then.

I can't tell you how many people I've talked to that want to bust up this country. That seems to be an increasingly desired event. No war. No one has to die. Nothing like that. Just spin up two countries because people are so torn and divided on issues that it would be best not living with each other anymore.

If you think about it rat, what is "Cancel culture" other than one party doing everything that they can to financially harm another party simply because that other party said or did something that they disagree with? 20 years ago, that type of behavior, there would be zero tolerance for people who did that. Now, it is mainstream. And that is wrong.

Social media companies are booting/suspending their users for no other reason than saying things that the CEO disagrees with politically. Government agencies are spending our tax dollars on investigations NOT into actual criminal activity, but political witch-hunts. People are charged, tried, and no one is convicted but lawyers get rich because of politics. You can't run a 1st world country this way. That is 3rd world, banana republic behavior.

We need a divorce, a calm, lucid, equitable, mutual divorce, where both parties go their own separate ways and live in peace. Why belabor this anymore? It's over.

Lets find out. Blue states can open their borders to the illegal aliens (whoops) I meant "undocumented workers" and let them pay for all the welfare and government services they consume. The blue states would be the ones overrun by crime and the red states would have polices forces showing zero tolerance.

speaking of divorce my SIL is going to marriage counseling at the request of her husband to delay her request for a divorce.

In the meantime she has decided that she wants to move to a wealthy suburb in Alabama and open her own business. She is using that as a "if you are serious about this marriage you will do this for me" angle.

now its none of my business but if her husband agrees to this he is a dumbass because that is a clear move to get back to her own family and be financially independent of him, forcing him to stay in the state if he wants joint custody of the kids when she absolutely files for divorce once she turns a profit.

Once the wife gets to the scheming stage, its time to call Saul.
