Okay so J&J spins off a shell company to be held accountable for all the judgments, and that company declares chapter 11 bankruptcy to Welsh on the 2 billion of settlements.

I certainly hope that there are Democrats (not just Republicans) who tear into J&J over this. But I haven't found any yet. Perhaps J&J gives too much lobbyist money to New Jersey Democrats like Senator Bob Menendez?

Funny since it was the GOP that created the corporate friendly, anti-individual laws that one finds in our BR code...
